Exchanges and Credit notes. 

Items eligible for exchange or Credit Note include:

• All products excluding SALE items

 However, items must:

• Be unused
• Have the caution label still visibly unbroken.
• Have proof of purchase (original invoice with returned item)
• Items returned at your expense

Refunds

Refunds are only eligible if the product has been delivered damaged in transit, faulty or not the item you have ordered. If it is any of these options, a photo of proof must be sent to us for approval. Once approved you can than send back the product at your expense, once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed, this will also depend on your card issuer’s policies. How ever, if it exceeds this period please notify us and we will look into it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
